Every training I offer is available as a private organizational cohort. Your team gets the same depth, the same resources, and the same follow-up consultation as any open-enrollment program, except it's built around your schedule, your caseload, and your clinical culture.
I have trained more than 3,000 clinicians nationally. My caseload is still active, and the case examples I draw on in training are current and real, chosen because they make the content land in practice rather than staying theoretical. I'm still in the room with children and families, and I think your team will feel that difference.

A full-day training for organizations preparing to launch TF-CBT. Covers trauma screening and standardized assessment, making assessment engaging and efficient, caregiver engagement including resistant caregivers, identifying the right cases for TF-CBT, functional behavioral analysis of trauma symptoms, creating timelines for complex trauma, and weekly symptom tracking for fidelity.
Your team may be more ready than they realize. What might look like resistance to using TF-CBT is actually a missing foundation: the assessment confidence, case selection skills, and caregiver engagement strategies that help clinicians feel ready to open that first case. This training builds exactly that.
Every clinician leaves with a standardized assessment battery, stronger case conceptualization skills, and the confidence to jump into the TF-CBT pool with that first case.

Completing training and 9 of 12 consultation calls prepares clinicians for national TF-CBT certification. My completion rate is approximately 95%, well above the national average.

AF-CBT Training and Consultation for National Certification

The complete AF-CBT model for families where anger, aggression, physical abuse, or harsh discipline is what's needing intervention. AF-CBT works whether the concern comes from a caregiver struggling with their own responses, a child with significant anger or aggression, or the full family dynamic. Four half-day live virtual sessions (or two full days in-person), followed by 12 post-training group consultation calls for support.
Includes 1 printed AF-CBT session guide per clinician, fidelity audio review with personalized feedback on two sessions per clinician, access to all AF-CBT assessment measures with unlimited online automated scoring, and downloadable PDF-fillable interventions for every AF-CBT topic.
I am a developer-endorsed national AF-CBT trainer, one of a small number approved at the national level. AF-CBT fills a gap that TF-CBT alone can't. For agencies treating families where conflict, aggression, or physical discipline is part of the picture, this belongs in your clinical toolkit.

Every clinician receives access to my TF-CBT Toolkit and our Advanced TF-CBT PSB Toolkit - well over 1,000 vetted interventions, assessments, articles, and clinical resources, downloadable and organized by PRACTICE component, as well as specialized resources created and shared by the trainers to help children and adolescents whose trauma symptoms include sexualized behaviors.

We approach this enhancement of TF-CBT differently. Days 1 and 2 build the clinical foundation first: rethinking sexually reactive behaviors symptomatically, standardized trauma screening and assessment, conducting a structured sexual developmental history with the child and caregiver, case conceptualization, collaborative safety planning, and engaging caregivers in denial or dissent, clarification and reunification work. Then we apply the TF-CBT PRACTICE framework so you understand how to do that through an individualized lens. You won't need extensive PSB training after this - build on what you already know and find success.
Includes 6 post-training consultation calls co-facilitated by both trainers, and access to 1,000+ of our combined, vetted clinical resources.

Our Adolescent track uses the same approach: core clinical foundations first, then treatment. We teach you a new way of conceptualizing these cases. Covers rethinking adolescent sexually reactive behaviors, standardized trauma assessment, conducting structured sexual developmental histories, case conceptualization, personalized safety planning, engaging caregivers and teens in denial or dissent, clarification/reunification, and applying TF-CBT's PRACTICE components through an individualized PSB lens. Ethics training for trauma clinicians shouldn't feel like a compliance checkbox. This full-day training is built around the real situations your clinicians and multidisciplinary team are already navigating: dual relationships, mandated reporting dilemmas, ethical use of evidence-based treatments, documentation and making decisions under pressure, and the gray areas that don't have clean answers.
Case-based and interactive throughout. Leave with practical frameworks you can apply the next day, not just a certificate.
Available for organizational teams and conferences. Content is customized to the Children's Advocacy Center setting and the ethical terrain trauma clinicians and other MDT members actually face.

Has it been a minute since you completed TF-CBT training? Are your clinicians feeling solid in the model but ready to stretch their skills and keep growing? This two-day experiential course is designed for them.
Your team will dig into advanced case conceptualization, strategies for working smarter rather than harder in TF-CBT, and honest self-reflection on where practice has drifted from the model over time. That drift is normal, and naming it is the first step to correcting it. Sessions include supported small-group practice workshopping attendees' own de-identified trauma narratives, facilitated by experts in the model.
The focus throughout is on best client outcomes and increasing compassion satisfaction for the clinicians doing this work every day.
PREREQUISITE: Completion of TF-CBT training and active use of the model. Includes access to 900+ vetted clinical resources.
ONGOING SUPPORT · GROUP CONSULTATION

Training builds the foundation. Consultation is where that foundation becomes fluency. It's where clinicians bring their real cases, think out loud together, and leave with more clarity, confidence and competence than they came in with.
Ongoing group consultation is available for organizations whose clinicians have completed TF-CBT or AF-CBT training and want continued support applying the model to real cases. Sessions are case-based, clinician-driven, and designed to build the kind of clinical confidence that comes from working through hard cases with an experienced consultant.
Available as a standalone consultation series or as a follow-up to training delivered by another approved trainer.
