AF-CBT is an evidence-based treatment for children aged 5-17 and their families who struggle with anger, aggression, and/or physical abuse/harsh discipline. It combines multiple theoretical approaches into one cohesive treatment model to help families reduce conflict, coercion and improve their relationships.
